Neurotoxins

Neurotoxins relax targeted muscles and are commonly used to reduce dynamic wrinkles—the lines that become more noticeable with expressions such as raising the eyebrows, frowning, squinting or pursing the lips. Treatment is individualized based on your facial anatomy, muscle movement and treatment goals.

We select neurotoxin products based on your individual treatment plan and current availability. If you have a product preference, please let us know when scheduling.

Neurotoxins may also be used for concerns such as excessive jaw muscle activity, migraine headaches and excessive underarm sweating when clinically appropriate.

Cellenis Derma PRP

Cellenis Derma PRP is an injectable treatment created from your own platelet-rich plasma. Through a specialized preparation process, the PRP is converted into a gel that can be injected into selected areas while retaining the regenerative components of your own plasma.

At CA Skin & Body Clinic, Cellenis Derma PRP is often considered when the goal is to improve skin quality, support collagen remodeling and restore selected areas while working with the patient's own biologic material. Results develop gradually as the tissue responds and remodels over time.

Cellenis Derma PRP and traditional dermal fillers work differently. Anna will evaluate your facial anatomy, skin quality and treatment goals to determine whether Cellenis Derma PRP, a dermal filler, or another approach is most appropriate.

Dermal Fillers

We use a variety of dermal fillers, including Radiesse®, the RHA® Collection and Redensity®. Because fillers differ in their characteristics and how they behave in the tissue, product selection depends on the area being treated, your facial anatomy and the result you want to achieve.

Dermal fillers may be used to restore or enhance facial volume, provide structural support, soften selected lines and folds, and improve facial contours. Lip filler is also available for subtle enhancement, improved definition, balancing asymmetry or restoring volume that has changed over time.

Your treatment plan is individualized. We evaluate the areas of concern and recommend the product and amount appropriate for your anatomy and goals rather than approaching every patient with the same filler or treatment plan.

Before Your Filler Appointment: Please arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled treatment time for topical numbing/anesthetic. Dermal filler treatments start at $590.

PDO Solid Filler Threads

PDO threads may be used to provide support to selected areas of the face and neck while stimulating the body's collagen response around the threads. Different types of threads can be used depending on whether the goal is tissue support, improvement in skin quality, or treatment of specific lines and areas of laxity.

Thread treatment is highly individualized. Anna evaluates facial anatomy, degree of skin laxity, tissue quality and treatment goals to determine whether PDO threads are appropriate and which type and placement should be considered.

PDO threads may be used alone or as part of a broader treatment plan that includes neurotoxins, Cellenis Derma PRP, dermal fillers or energy-based treatments when appropriate.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a customizable injectable treatment in which selected ingredients are administered based on the treatment goal. At CA Skin & Body Clinic, mesotherapy is used primarily for skin rejuvenation and may also be considered for other individualized applications following assessment.

Because treatment formulations and techniques vary depending on the concern being addressed, your provider will determine whether mesotherapy is appropriate and develop a treatment plan based on your individual needs. Read more about Mesotherapy here.
